General

Acceptance of your offer will take place on sending you written confirmation of your booking. Our acceptance of your booking brings into existence a legally binding Agreement between us. Our terms and conditions form the whole of the agreement with you.

Course

It is the customer’s responsibility to have read and understood the course content.

Booking confirmation will be forwarded to the customer within 24 hours of booking, providing the joining instructions and details of the course  This will include the cost of the course.

Payment

Other than where we have prior agreed terms of payment with a company, payment must be received prior to a course via BACS remittance or cheque. All payments must be made in UK sterling (GBP) and reference our invoice number or customer name where provided. Value Added Tax will be added to all taxable supplies at the current rate. No payment shall be deemed to have been received until we have received cleared funds. Without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us if payment is not received when due we shall be entitled to withhold issue of certificates and/or cards.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a booking or transfer to another course it must be in writing (including email) and if your request is received:

  1. More than 10 working days (Monday-Friday) before the course start date, we shall refund you the course amount.
  2. Less than 10 working days (Monday –Friday) before the course start date no refund shall be made.

Any request to transfer to another course must state the date to which you wish to transfer to (which must be within 12 weeks of the original course start date).

In the event that the named individual on a customer booking cannot attend a course, a named substitute will be accepted providing CHC have received prior notice.

Privacy Policy and Data Sharing

CHC collect data to be able to communicate with our customers and to provide our services which includes the administration of CSR cards. The data we collect will be:

  1. Used for limited specifically stated purposes
  2. Accurate and updated when requested
  3. Retained for no longer than is necessary
  4. Stored in a safe and secure manner
  5. Handled according to consumer data protection rights

As in compliance with the Data Protection Act our customer’s are entitled to a copy of the personal data held by CHC.

CHC staff are subject to a duty of confidence and any breaches in data protection will be immediately reported.
