General

CHC will supply individuals/businesses with written confirmation of any bookings in the forms of joining instructions or formal email of acceptance.

Our terms and conditions form the whole of the agreement with you and it is the individual/businesses responsibility to have read and understood the terms and conditions.

CHC may amend our terms and conditions to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements. Once a course is ordered from us, the terms in force at that time will apply to the contract between CHC and the individual/business.

 

Purchasing a CSR course on-line via CHC website

Purchasing a CSR course on line will guide individuals through necessary steps.

After purchasing a CSR course your place/places with CHC, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. This will take the form of a confirmation email from our website. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the acceptance confirmation/joining instructions and receipt of payment via Stripe.

Cancellation of a course, by an individual, notice must be given at least 5 working days before the course start date. We will refund the course fee minus administration cost of £10.00+VAT.

In all other cases the course fees will not be refunded.

Cancellation of a course, by a business customer, notice must be given at least 5 working days before the course start date. We will refund the course fee minus administration cost of £10.00+VAT.

In all other cases the course fees will not be refunded.

CHC will consider transferring an individual/business booking to a different course date or change of delegate name. This will be reviewed by CHC on a case-by-case basis. Requests to transfer a booking or make a name change must be made in writing.

Purchasing a CITB course

 Individual bookings will be accepted and confirmed in the format of joining details for the course selected. When correct payment has been received, a Zoom link will be forwarded to the individual along with any digital resources. Hard copy versions can be supplied upon request and may incur an additional fee.

Cancellation of a course, by an individual, notice must be given at least 10 working days before the course start date. A full refund will be given if the individual has not accessed the digital resources. If the resources have been accessed the cost of these will be deducted from the refund.

In all other cases the course fees will not be refunded.

Cancellation of a course, by a business customer for an individual or individuals not enrolled on a ‘closed’ course, notice must be given at least 10 working days before the course start date. A full refund will be given if the individual/individuals have not accessed the digital resources. If the resources have been accessed the cost of these will be deducted from the refund.

In the case where notice of cancellation is given 2 weeks before the course start date, fees will not be refunded.

Purchasing an IOSH course.

Individual bookings will be accepted and confirmed in the format of joining details for the course selected. When correct payment has been received, a Zoom link will be forwarded to the individual along with any digital resources. Hard copy versions can be supplied upon request and may incur an additional fee.

Hard copy material will be posted to IOSH delegates for the 4-day course. We will endeavour to ensure workbooks will be delivered to postal address supplied by candidate, however, we cannot accept liability for postal strikes or other issues.

Cancellation of a course, by an individual, notice must be given at least 10 working days before the course start date. A full refund will be given if the individual has not accessed the digital resources. If the resources have been accessed the cost of these will be deducted from the refund.

In all other cases the course fees will not be refunded.

National Vocational Qualifications

 All NVQs to be paid in advance of registration and induction process.

There are no refunds for any NVQs which have commenced.

In the event an assessor should arrive on site for a preorganised and scheduled meeting, and preparation has not been made for the visit, an additional fee of £100.00+VAT to reschedule and cover assessor fees will be incurred.

In the event an assessor has preorganised and scheduled a meeting via Zoom, and preparation has not been made for the meeting, an additional fee of £100.00+VAT to reschedule and cover assessor fees will be incurred.

All candidates are expected to complete the NVQ within one year of date of induction.

In the event that the candidate should take more than one year to complete, an extension fee of £100.00+VAT per month from the start of the anniversary date of the NVQ until the completion of the NVQ, will be invoiced monthly.
