Mental Health First Aid

As an industry we take the Health and Safety of our staff very seriously. By law constructions workers are trained to deal with incidents on site. However would you know what procedures to follow if there was a mental health incident?

Our team at CHC wants to help break the silence on mental health at work and equip organisations with accredited mental health first aiders.

By completing our 2 day Mental Health First Aid training course we can help raise mental health awareness, tackle existing problems on site and ultimately improve the mental well being of staff to encourage and support a happy, healthy work place. The course will teach people to spot the symptoms of mental health issues, offer initial help and guide a person towards support.
